Shipping policy

We use USPS first class shipping unless otherwise stated or upgraded. We ship within 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays not included in business days) unless otherwise stated; i.e. custom listings, made-to-order, or any other exclusion will define shipping times in their listings.

Domestic shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered AFTER shipment. International packages can take 9 to 15 business days. International shipping can take up to 3 months during the pandemic. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or the pandemic. We are not responsible for taxes or additional costs at time of delivery.

Please understand COVID may cause some delays that are out of our hands, especially during holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once the package is handed to USPS it is unable to be modified by us. We are happy to assist and answer any questions you have regarding packages, however please refer to your tracking number first. Feel free to reach out to us at naeclayco@gmail.com.
